We have extensive testing facilities located at our manufacturing unit in Stoke-on-Trent in the United Kingdom. These facilities consist of a wide range of airless processing equipment which allows us to carry out drying, torrefaction or carbonising trials on almost any type of products, producing trial-sized quantities of up to 1000 kg / hour.

These facilities have not only proven to be a valuable asset to our customers but also allow Airless Systems engineers to continue development of new technologies and to improve our existing range of process drying,  torrefaction & carbonising equipment.  In addition we have been able to gather valuable information which allows us to be able to determine optimum design features ensuring a cost-effective solution for the customer’s present and future processing requirements.
