The Airless Drying Concept
Airless Drying is an internationally patented method of drying which uses dry superheated steam as the heating medium, capable of performing any drying process. This superheated steam is created solely from moisture contained in the product being dried and is safe to operate, easy to control, offers ultra fast drying times and operates at high thermal efficiencies. It is safe because the superheated steam is at atmospheric pressure, and easy to control because only the temperature and not the relative humidity changes. Airless Processing uses indirectly heated recirculating pyrolysis gases generated from already-dried organic materials to modify them physically and chemically. How is airless drying different from conventional drying?
